I bet you're looking for a fun class that energizes you, improves your strength, increases flexibility, and enhances overall sense of well being.  If these goals sound familiar then we have the perfect class for you.  It's exciting, challenging, and self enlightening all wrapped in one.     



 Dance Flow Infusion (temporarily unavailable)

A blending of Dance, Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates to strengthen, tone, and lengthen muscles.  Dance Flow Infusion uses Barre, light weights, and props for a total body workout.  It's a great way to build core strength, sculpt the upper and lower body and not to mention look great in a swim suit.  This class is great for all ages and fitness levels.



Boxing Combative and Fitness (temporarily unavailable)

Boxing Combative and Fitness is a complete cardiovascular and self defense class, focusing on core strength, coordination, and self defense. Boxing Combatives provides overall body sculpting focusing on shoulders, abs, thighs, and glutes. Participants are offered the chance to train with a U.S.A amateur boxing coach, army combative instructor and personal trainer. All levels of fitness are welcomed.
